Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ararus (“we”, “us”, “our”). We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Shipping Time

  • All orders are shipped within 5-7 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or message) with tracking details.


2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered to you is damaged during transit; or

  • The delivered product is not what you ordered (wrong product, wrong size/model, etc.).

If your return qualifies under one of these conditions, we will offer you either:

  • A replacement of the correct or non-damaged item; or

  • A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping, if applicable).


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return/refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ararusindia@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. In your email, include:

    • Your order number

    • A photo clearly showing the damage or proof that the product is wrong

    • A description of the issue

  3. Once we receive your email and verify the issue:

    • We will provide instructions on packaging and returning the item (if a physical return is required).

    • We may arrange for the product to be picked up from you, or ask you to ship it back (depending on your location and the nature of the product).


4. Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and (if applicable) in the original packaging.

  • Any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product must be intact.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.


5. Refund Process

  • After we receive the returned item (if required) and inspect it, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your payment-provider or bank.


6. Replacement Orders

  • If you choose replacement, we will ship the correct/non-damaged item to you at no extra cost.

  • Replacement shipping time will also be 5-7 days, starting from when we dispatch the replacement.


7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

  • Products missing tags, packaging, or accessories

  • Custom or made-to-order products (if applicable)
