• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

• Free shipping offers (if available) will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message with your tracking details.

• You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Locations

• We currently ship orders across India.

• If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing the order.

6. Undeliverable Orders

In case an order cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect shipping address,

• Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location, or

• Refusal to accept the package,

the order may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply if you request delivery again.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

• If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at ararusindia@gmail.com.

• Such cases will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
